Pelton 12C Water Motor

This motor came from a fellow collector, it was sitting safely in his barn.
This is a 12 inch wheel, it is a 1906 model. No history on this wheel.
It is a good example of going from early wheels, to mass produced
Wheels,
taking economy into account, note the one piece housing.
Less parts, meant less work.
Although I do really like the brass name plate.
