Date unknown, The fella I got it from says it was in service
at a mill in North Bend, WA in the 1920s
It is not made by the Pelton company, but has Pelton type buckets
Isn't that pully great? Note the balance weights
The wheel is made from 1/4 inch sheet steel
Note the Split Pelton Type Buckets
As you can see, the buckets are riveted onto the wheel.
